# Michael Huskins: legal and management roles

- Also known as: Mike Huskins · Mike L. Huskins

**Question.** Which Huskins roles are established for each entity?

**Answer.** Huskins’s Parent, Capital, Nikkl and Alpha Compute capacities are distinct; published appointment and biographical start dates do not always coincide.

## Offices and appointment dates

- Analysis: Mike Huskins initially joined as Linqto Capital’s general counsel. The restructuring declaration dates his appointment as general counsel of Linqto, Inc. to March 25, 2025, while Capital’s financial-affairs statement describes him as general counsel and general manager. An August 2026 issuer biography instead dates his Parent chief-legal-officer role to January 2025. The different offices and start dates remain distinct. [s-d6] [s-d18] [s-d190]
- Analysis: The August 2026 biography describes Huskins as Nikkl co-founder and chief legal officer in January 2022–January 2025, Twilio head of product operations in August 2014–May 2022, and McKinsey associate principal in November 2007–August 2014. Alpha Compute announced his election as an independent director and audit-committee member on August 17, 2026. The biography’s January 2025 Parent legal-role start differs from the declaration’s March 25 general-counsel appointment. [s-d190]

## Nikkl allegations and the estate investigation

- Analysis: Jiang and Nurani’s May 2025 resignation letter criticized replacing Linqto executives with a team including Huskins, alleged to retain Nikkl interests, after an explored Linqto–Nikkl acquisition did not close. These were shareholder accusations of conflicts and breaches. The creditors’ committee rejected the alleged scheme to take customer assets and said management had not won the plan-management bids. - Analysis: The disclosure statement reports that the Special Subcommittee found no viable estate claims against the defined new 2025 management group, including Huskins, and proposed releases. That determination concerned estate claims; it did not decide every shareholder allegation or regulatory issue. Norman Reed did not participate in the Independent Investigation, and Alison Kutler did not participate in its new-management phase. [s-d144]
