1Control through holding entities

analysisCredit Capital’s registered control changed from PSR Equities and Sip Consult to 3CG Holdings. Earth (EHL) Holdings became 3CG’s controller in October 2024, and Earth’s PSC is Raja. Sven Ingo Peter controls Sip Consult; his historical joint roles with Raja belong to separately numbered Credit Capital III, IV, V and 3C4 entities. 1 2 3 4 5

qualification
The registry records overlapping controller categories. These bands do not establish exact percentages or justify adding the upper bounds together. The listed companies are dissolved. The officer profile does not give resignation or dissolution dates for these roles; they are historical roles with unestablished end dates.

analysisCredit Capital borrowed under IKB Deutsche Industriebank’s facility secured by a charge dated 30 April 2015 and advanced secured loans to property-development vehicles in the connected group. MFS originated, administered, monitored and enforced the portfolio under a service agreement of the same date. Administrators cited £29,211,946 IKB debt in October 2025 management accounts, while noting that the bank had not confirmed the current balance and borrower recoverability remained uncertain. 6 7

qualification
The short public charge description is truncated; its scope should not be expanded beyond the retained wording.
outcome
Borrower recoverability and current IKB debt balance remained uncertain.

2Procedure and namesake safeguards

analysisCredit Capital entered administration on 10 March 2026 with Stephen Katz and Nimish Patel. They were removed on 27 March and replaced by Georgina Marie Eason and Steven Illes of MHA. The administrators reported portfolio-record irregularities and uncertain recoverability; Barclays confirmed £1,696,271 in its account at 16 April but withheld transfer because of anticipated third-party proprietary claims. This is Credit Capital’s own procedure and cash dispute. 1 2

outcome
Katz and Patel removed 27 March 2026 and Eason/Illes appointed; Barclays withheld confirmed cash because of anticipated third-party claims.

analysisAn FCA clone warning expressly distinguishes the genuine firm from the unauthorised imitator. The warning must not be attributed to the genuine company as if it were a finding that its own operations were unauthorised. 3

outcome
The warning expressly states the genuine authorised firm has no connection with the clone.
